Any design is only as good as its implementation, and at Lightplus we believe that effective project management is a sine qua non for success on any project. Each project is unique in its context and objectives; and should therefore be treated as such.
Over the years, Lightplus designers and project managers have developed a unique methodology that we use to ensure that Architects and Designers are given the fullest possible support. We take the view that there are four crucial aspects to each Project: Design, Economics, Performance and Environment. Further, all four must be addressed if the project is to achieve its architectural design brief.
Many important projects, particularly those in the leisure industry, are driven by externally imposed end-dates. It is also true, unfortunately, that since lighting installation is one of the last activities to be completed, and the time available for installation is squeezed by overruns in earlier stages of the project. Project Management of the lighting phase of any project is therefore often as important as the other factors: technical design, aesthetic design, sourcing, logistics, installation supervision and commissioning.
Lightplus staff includes engineers, technicians and project management architects well experienced in all aspects of project management, from small to very large projects.
